dict_table(del1) - Delete Table

The purpose of this form is to allow the user to delete an entry from the TABLE table of the dictionary database.

Note that it will only delete entries from the dictionary database, not the application database.

It will also remove corresponding entries from the KEY and COLUMN tables.

If an entry cannot be deleted a suitable message will be displayed and the SUBMIT button will be removed.

This form is accessed by an option on the navigation bar in the List Table screen.
