mnu_user(pswd) - Retrieve Password

The purpose of this function is to allow the user to request that his password be sent to him via e-mail. For this to work the user's details must include a valid e-mail address.

The user enter his e-mail address and presses the SUBMIT button. This will send an e-mail to that address with the password of the user who is registered with that address.
